Our town obviously continues to be deeply affected by the senseless loss of life that occurred on July 4th. It has pulled residents together and made us hold the people we love just a little closer. We are heartened to know that locals who don't even know the family of the victim are doing what they can to be of service during this difficult time. Our heartfelt condolences go to the Morris family.
Chief Robshaw of the Cheverly Police Department emphasizes that this was not a random act; you should feel as safe and secure in our neighborhood as you felt on July 3.
